Eide Henry Peterson (1886-1974) was a member and Past Master of Temple Lodge, No.33. He was Initiated in Temple Lodge, No.33 in 1910 and remained a member of Temple Lodge, No.33 until his death in 1974.

Here is Eide Henry Peterson’s 1974 obituary from the Cowichan Leader newspaper:

“Peterson – On Jan. 16, in the Veterans Hospital, Victoria, Mr. Eide Henry Peterson, Payne Road, Duncan, aged 87 years. Besides his loving wife he is survived by two sons, John, Maple Ridge and Ronald, Richmond, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Peterson were held on Jan 18 from Hirst Sands Chapel with the Rev. G. Allan Kerr officiating. Interment followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Arrangements by Hirst Sands, Duncan.”
